1. General

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted.

  • All products and pricing are subject to availability and confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders prior to delivery for any reason.

2. Products & Pricing

  • We make efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and descriptions of the products, but we don’t guarantee they are exact.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are valid unless otherwise stated.

  • We may run promotions, discounts, or sales. These are limited in time and subject to the specific conditions we indicate.

3. Order Process

  • When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order is accepted; acceptance happens when we dispatch the item.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4. Dropshipping & Fulfillment

  • Our store is connected to third-party suppliers/dropshippers. After you place an order, your item is fulfilled by our partner.

  • Because of this, some parts of shipping, handling, or delivery are controlled by those partners. Delays or discrepancies may occur beyond our direct control.

  • We are not responsible for damage, loss, or issues once the dropshipper has handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise legally required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times are given at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

  • If package is returned to us due to wrong address, unclaimed, or customs rejection, you may be responsible for reshipping costs or may receive a partial refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    • Return eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and returned within [e.g. 14 / 30] days of delivery.

    • Buyer pays the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

    • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval/denial. If approved, refunds are processed within [e.g. 7–14] days (less original shipping).

    • Some items (e.g. custom, personalized, or final sale products) may not be eligible for return—this will be explicitly stated at product level.

7. Payment

 

  1. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.
  2. All payments must be authorized. If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
